  • Unit Sales Down for Singles and Multis and surged for Condos :
    Single Families -7.5%, Condos +32%, Multi-Families -5.9%.
  • Active Listings (Inventory) Still Falling, Housing Down Over 26%
    Single Families -26.9%, Condos -26%, Multi-Families  -24.5%

  • Active Listings (Inventory) Continue to Plunge:
    Single Families -36.4%; Condos -38.6%; Multi-Families -29.8%
